Try This 10.20

We run those buildings sitting in that Tall Castle
the left foot higher that those right ten, that boy lake car-
her catch is starter
Then the heads can fall then in houses
of her smells and drowning truths.
Then that Blues can't crawl to a big autumn
in and gently that despised table
Then those Columbians can sit down less horrible Britain
and that happy Mexicans can close that light blankets a lot.
Then that Lake can harden its small pancreas
and stay, for that seventh distance, different than those others
with loudness

Try This 10.1

The word blatherskite actually means a person who talks a great length without making much sense. To me it sounds like someone throwing up all over a kite. Like if you were at a beach and you see somebody steal somebody's kite, then you hear him throw up all over it. That's a blatherskite. Once you hear that sound of throwing up onto a kite, you'll just immediately say, ew that's an awful blatherskite. If you put the words together it kind of makes a little bit of sense. Well obviously the word kite is in it so that's where I get the kite part from. Then blah is kind of in it so that is like the sound of throwing up a little bit. Then blather sounds like bother, and you're definitely bothering somebody if you steal something. So if you put it all together you get somebody stealing somebody's kite then throwing up on it.

I have no idea if I did this right but I tried my best.

Chapter 11 Warm Up

Marissa: Hey Jonathan.
Jonathan: Hey Marissa, so what's up?
Marissa: I asked for you to meet me here so we can talk about something.
Jonathan: Yea sure, what do you need to talk to me about?
Marissa: I'm breaking up with you.
Jonathan: WHAT! WHY?
Marissa: It's not you, it's me. Well, actually it's you..
Jonathan: But what did I do wrong? I don't understand.
Marissa: Well, you've seemed to have grown really friendly with my mom.
Jonathan: Yea, I think she's a really great lady so what.
Marissa: Yea, so great you decided to make out with her the other day!
Jonathan: WHAT?! I did no such thing.
Marissa: I saw you through the window John. You thought I wasn't going to be home until 3:45 but I got home a little early that day. And to a nice little surprise too.
Jonathan: Ok, fine you got me. But can you blame me, your mom is really hot.
Marissa: You're an asshole, I thought you really loved me. We've been together over a year now.
Jonathan: I do I'm really sorry, I was just joking about that. I made a mistake, I'm really sorry.
Marissa: Jokes on you anyway, I've been sleeping with your dad for 6 months.

Try This 8.12

After battle of the classes at some girls house. Everybody is hammered in my grade. My friend on the left is really fat there but now he lost like 50 pounds so he's not fat anymore. He also looks like he needs to lie down on the couch because he's not looking so good. I don't know what my friend on the right is doing. He look like he's pinching my Asian friend Dylan's nipple with a weird look on his face. I don't really know how to describe the look at all it's really strange, but Dylan doesn't look to be fazed at all by the nipple pinch. He actually looks like he's enjoying it for some strange reason. The girl Natalie looks like she doesn't know how she got in between the two lovers and she kind of wants out of there but wants to be in the picture so there's kind of a dilemma. She is also holding a finger up for some reason I don't know. It looks like a pretty fun time all in all, and it also looks like none of them are going to remember the picture the next day most likely.

Chapter 8 Warm-Up

I was swimming in my pool with my dad when I was around the age 3 or 4. Well, actually we were both on our own float in the pool. He had his eyes closed laying down on his float and I was a stupid little kid who was just happy to be in the pool at the time. My dad would push my float to the side of the pool and I would bounce off the side of it and I would float back to him, and he kept pushing me back and forth. My dad was kind of nodding off, he had his eyes closed but he was still awake because he kept pushing my float. I was having a fun time until one time he pushed me and when I hit the side I fell off my float. He was half sleeping so he didn't hear me fall off, and I'm only like 3 years old so I can't swim at all and I'm trying to think of how fish breathe under water so I don't die. After like 10 seconds my dad finally noticed my float didn't come back to him and that made him wake up out of his half sleep and see me drowning under water. He couldn't be more scared because when you fall asleep you have no idea if you've been asleep for 10 years or 10 seconds. Luckily for me it was only a few seconds and he pulled me out of the water so I could live to see another day. Not the best swimming experience for me when I was younger.

Warm Up Chapter 9

1. They are in a deep dark underground cave in the middle of the wild.

2. The three people are a mom, dad, and their son.

3. The problem they face is getting out of the cave without getting killed by any wild life that might live in there, or making it out without starving to death.

4. The problem that arises is that there are 5 bears in the cave and they are worried they are about to be killed.

5. What happens next is they start running because the bears start chasing them throughout the cave.

6. It ends with the bears finally catching them and they find out that the bears can speak and act like humans, and they show them the way out of the cave. They also give them lollipops on the way out.

Jumbled Metaphors

in the nick of time
diamond in the rough
all for one, one for all
alls well that ends well
nerves of steel
head over heels
think outside the box
bull in a china shop
beat a dead horse
chomping at the bit
fishing for a compliment
high as a kite

Unnecessary Outrage

I come home from school and I just want a cold glass of water because its like 100 degrees out, but my ice machine on my fridge is broken. My water is going to be cold now and im not even going to enjoy it at all. I ask for a simple thing like having some ice in my water to make it cold, but I guess that's too much to ask for around here. This is really absolutely ridiculous that this is a problem. Am I really gonna have to go across the street to my neighbors for ice. Theyre going to look at me like im crazy, but this wouldn't be a problem if only my ice machine actually worked for once. What am I going to have to drink warm drinks forever? I don't know about other countries, but here in America we like our drinks cold, and of course I cant have that right now. Im not even thirsty anymore because im not drinking a warm drink. This is really the worst day of my life.

Welcome Post

Hi, I don't really know why I took this class, but I'm pretty sure it just fit into my schedule. So now that I'm here I guess I just have to write some stuff. And this is my blog.
